About the Role: We’re looking for a senior digital leader to scale performance, processes, and people. The ideal candidate will bring international experience, especially from the US, and strong leadership in a multi-service agency environment.

Preferred Background: International exposure (especially US), senior leadership, agency experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Set the vision and roadmap for digital marketing aligned with business growth.
• Lead SEO, ABM, Paid Media, Content, and MarTech strategy and execution.
• Implement scalable processes for delivery, reporting, and QA.
• Mentor and manage a high-performing team of 25–30+ members.
• Enhance the company’s digital presence and lead internal SEO audits.
• Drive capability building, innovation, and international client delivery.

Must-Have Skills:

• 10–15 years of digital marketing experience, 5+ in leadership.
• US market exposure and agency background.
• Expertise in SEO, ABM, Paid Media, Content, and Analytics.
• Strong process orientation and people management skills.
• Tech stack familiarity: HubSpot, SEMrush, Salesforce, etc.
