Designation : Head - Digital Marketing & Brand Communication Department: Marketing Reports To: CMD & COO Location: Noida, India Type: Full-Time Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to head our Digital Marketing and Brand Communication efforts. The ideal candidate will spearhead innovative digital marketing strategies, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer engagement across all digital and traditional platforms. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, analytical skills, and strong leadership abilities to build and nurture our brand. Key Responsibilities: A. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Oversee performance marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, SEM, and paid social media advertising, to maximize ROI. Drive traffic, leads, and revenue growth through multi-channel digital marketing initiatives. Leverage data analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. B. Brand Communication & Strategy Craft and execute a compelling brand communication strategy to enhance brand perception and awareness. Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing collaterals. Lead the development of impactful brand storytelling through content, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives. C. Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing digital marketing and brand communication team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment on messaging and objectives. Partner with creative and content teams to produce innovative campaigns that resonate with target audiences. D. Market Research & Trend Analysis Stay updated on digital marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and threats. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and refine strategies. E. Budgeting & Vendor Management Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver high-quality results. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of creating and executing successful digital marketing campaigns. Strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and digital analytics tools. Experience in branding and corporate communications, with a focus on storytelling and audience engagement. Key Skills & Competencies: Strategic thinking with a creative and innovative mindset. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
