As we expand our culinary offerings, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen and elevate our food program in line with our high standards of quality and creativity.⸻Key Responsibilities:• Design and execute a well-balanced, seasonal menu that complements our specialty coffee program.• Lead and manage the kitchen team: hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff.• Ensure top-tier quality control and consistency across all food items.• Oversee food preparation, plating standards, and kitchen hygiene in compliance with FSSAI regulations.• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage food costs to ensure profitability.• Innovate with new recipes, weekend specials, and collaborations for events or pop-ups.• Collaborate with the founders and café manager on pricing, kitchen layout, and service flows.• Maintain equipment and kitchen organization to support seamless operations.⸻Requirements:• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a café, bistro, or contemporary restaurant.• Strong culinary skills with a keen eye for plating and flavor combinations.• Experience with vegetarian, vegan, and health-forward options is a plus.• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.• Passionate about food trends and local produce.• Food Safety and Hygiene Certification (FSSAI) preferred.⸻What We Offer:• A creative, open environment to shape a café menu from scratch.• Competitive salary based on experience.• Opportunity to work closely with coffee experts in a high-visibility space.• Freedom to innovate and co-create a menu with real identity.
