As an Associate in Insurance Transformation and Modernization at AC Recruiting, you will have the opportunity to leverage cutting-edge technologies for Policy, Billing, and Claims administration to address our clients" most critical business challenges. Your role will be instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency, improving customer experience, and fostering innovation by implementing advanced technologies and optimizing workflows. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will assess existing systems, design future state systems, formulate modernization strategies, and oversee the successful execution of transformation projects. Your responsibilities will include supporting sprint planning, collaborating with diverse teams across different locations and clients, analyzing client requirements, reviewing estimates, designing and developing solutions, providing guidance to the team, conducting design and code reviews, supporting testing processes and addressing client queries. Moreover, you will engage in interfacing with onsite teams, participating in scrum calls, delivering status reports, contributing to CoE activities, attending trainings, and potentially participating in recruitments. To excel in this role, you are expected to possess hands-on experience with Guidewire products BillingCenter, proficiency in Configuration streams, a strong grasp of Guidewire platform components including Gosu scripting, UI, and Data Model, knowledge of Webservices, XML, ant script, familiarity with Oracle/SQL Server databases and SQL, exposure to SCM tools like GIT, TFS, SVN, etc., understanding of servers/containers such as Tomcat, JBoss, Websphere, awareness of cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional analytical capabilities, experience in Agile SCRUM or SAFe methodology, expertise in the insurance domain, adeptness in software architecture and design patterns, proficiency in estimation, team leadership, code review, and mentoring, with a minimum of two Guidewire implementations. Additionally, skills in MuleSoft, Spring, Hibernate are advantageous. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a degree in BTech/BE/MTech/MS/MCA/MBA and have 2.5 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.,
