Job Description

We are currently seeking an energetic and people-friendly Guest Relation Executive to be the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and brand patrons within our retail environment. This role provides a great opportunity for freshers or early professionals to take on a high-visibility position that combines communication, warmth, and enthusiasm with purpose-driven customer interaction. As a Guest Relation Executive, you will represent our brand and ensure that every visitor enjoys a seamless, positive, and memorable experience. In addition to guest management, you will be actively involved in supporting the Marketing Team with various campaigns, promotions, and events. Key Responsibilities: - Greet, guide, and engage with guests at the mall/customer helpdesk and during on-ground activations. - Answer visitor queries regarding store locations, offers, ongoing events, and facilities. - Address customer concerns and feedback in a timely, empathetic, and professional manner. - Assist the Marketing Team in executing promotional activities, festive campaigns, and brand collaborations. - Provide operational support during special events, brand installations, and weekend activations. - Maintain high grooming and hospitality standards to uphold the positive brand image. - Keep updated records of footfall, visitor feedback, and service requests following reporting protocols. Qualifications & Skills: - Open to freshers; candidates with up to 2 years of experience in hospitality, events, customer service, or retail will be preferred. - Graduation in Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or related fields (preferred, not mandatory). - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Multilingual abilities are an advantage. - Friendly, outgoing, and solution-driven personality. - Comfortable working in a dynamic, customer-facing environment. - Basic familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, or event coordination is a plus.
