• Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes
• Provide personalized service to ensure a comfortable and memorable guest experience
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain guest records and ensure proper documentation and reporting

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed with a professional demeanor
• A proactive, guest-first approach to service
• Ability to stay composed under pressure
• Familiarity with front office systems/PMS is an added advantage
