Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive, located in Salem. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, handling front office functions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth communication between guests and hotel staff. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, greeting and assisting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication skillsExperience in Receptionist Duties and managing Front Office operationsProven ability in providing exceptional Customer ServiceExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency with office management software like MS Office and hotel management systemsPrevious experience in the hospitality industry is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Hospitality Management are advantageous
