Group Head Human Resources

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Head Human Resources located in Kerala, India. The Group Head HR will oversee all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The individual will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, and ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals. The role also involves managing employee benefits and training and development programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Proven experience in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
• Ability to work on-site in Thrissur,Kerala, India
• Masters degree in Human Resources,or Business Administration
• Experience in the textile industry or related field is preferred
