Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Head of Human Resources located in Kerala, India. The Group Head of HR will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and developing and enforcing HR policies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the company’s culture and driving organizational success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Experience in developing and enforcing HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple locations
• Experience in the textile or retail industry is preferred
• Masters degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
