Job Title: Graphic Designer (Full-Time, In-Office)

Position Overview:

We are hiring a Graphic Designer who is highly creative, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to dynamic marketing campaigns. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Siliguri, where you’ll primarily design static and carousel creatives for social media and assist with basic video editing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design 6 static posts or 3 carousels daily using Canva.
• Create basic video edits for Instagram reels and promotions using Premiere Pro.
• Develop and maintain brand kits and ensure visual consistency.
• Use Notion to track daily tasks and design queues.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and content planning.
• Help maintain workplace discipline (turn off AC/lights, maintain ).
• Represent the company at occasional meetings or networking events.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, marketing tools, and techniques.

BNI Meeting Participation (Mandatory):

• Attend BNI meetings (7:30 AM – 10:30 AM) when requested.
• Breakfast provided at the venue.
• Leave 1 hour early on BNI days to compensate.
• Transportation from BNI to office will be fully reimbursed.
• Must be open and committed to this as part of the company culture.

Tools You'll Use:

• Canva (Primary)
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Notion

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Basic video editing skills required.
• Minimum education: 12th pass or higher.
• Must be punctual, responsible, and able to manage high and low workload days.
• A positive attitude and commitment to growth.

Compensation & Work Environment:

• Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on skill and experience).
• Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office
• Leaves: No paid leaves. Flexible hours allowed in medical emergencies.
• Work Culture: Output-based; flexible and disciplined, not time-bound.
