Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and confident Sales Representative with prior experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling client calls, scheduling site visits, maintaining follow-ups, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries from property buyers and investors
• Make outbound calls to leads and explain project details confidently
• Schedule site visits and follow up with clients regularly
• Maintain strong communication with leads through WhatsApp, calls, and emails
• Understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties
• Maintain CRM/data logs of all client interactions
• Coordinate between the sales team and clients to ensure timely follow-ups

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate sales or telecalling
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients quickly and professionally
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
• Basic knowledge of real estate terms and local market trends
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate
• Fluent in Hindi & basic English communication
