You MUST HAVE graphic design experience in creating ad creatives for performance marketing
campaigns.
Brandslane is a Performance Marketing agency that helps Direct-To-Consumer eCommerce, and

4 years, we have worked with some notable brands in India & outside the D2C space including -
Oceedee, Gehna, Bummer, MDNT45, DiamondLady, BombaySweetShop, SwissTimeHouse, and
others. In this time we have created over 400 Cr+ for 100+ brands combined.
We’re looking for a skilled Graphic Designer who has experience in designing ad creatives that drive
conversions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing visually appealing ads for various
digital platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) and will be responsible for working
closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce top-tier ad creatives.
1. Design high-quality ad creatives for digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
2. Collaborate with the performance marketing team to understand campaign goals and translate
them into visually compelling ad designs.
3. Ensure all designs are optimized for different ad platforms and meet specific platfo
requirements.
4. Maintain consistency in design and branding across all client accounts.
5. Stay updated on design trends and provide innovative ideas for ad creatives to maximize
conversions.
6. Work closely with the Creative Strategist & Media Buyer to ensure all visual assets are aligned
with overall marketing strategy.
● Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a performance marketing agency, particularly with
ad creatives.
● Expertise in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.) and tools for digital ad
creation.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing and design principles that drive conversions.
● Ability to quickly adapt to feedback and adjust designs accordingly.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
● Great communication skills for cross-team collaboration and feedback handling.
● Start the day by reviewing ongoing campaigns and identifying ad creative requirements.
● Design, revise, and optimize ad creatives based on client needs and feedback.
● Stay in constant communication with the performance marketing and account management
teams for creative briefs.
● Monitor ad performance to ensure the creatives are delivering results and iterate based on
performance data.
● Ensure timely delivery of all ad creatives for campaigns.
● Participate in weekly team meetings and provide input on creative improvements for clients.
