We’re looking for a Google Ads Specialist to take ownership of our paid search and display campaigns with a clear goal: generate high-quality cruise holiday leads.

This is a full-time remote role for an India-based professional with proven experience in performance marketing and lead generation.

🎯 What You’ll Do

Plan, build, and manage Google Search, Display, and Discovery ad campaigns

Target UK cruise holiday keywords and optimise for CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversions

Conduct keyword research, write high-converting ad copy, and build structured ad groups

Set up and track conversions using Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and UTM parameters

Monitor campaign performance daily and make ongoing optimisations

Collaborate with our UK team on promotions, landing pages, and seasonal campaigns

Report weekly with performance insights and recommendations

✅ What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience running Google Ads campaigns (lead generation or e-commerce preferred)

Strong knowledge of Search, Display, and Remarketing strategies

Skilled with Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and GTM

Experience setting up conversion tracking, goals, and UTM tagging

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

Bonus: Experience running campaigns for UK or travel industry audiences
