Google Ads Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Google Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive high-quality leads, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple platforms (Search, Display, Shopping, Video).
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to improve ad relevance.
• Write compelling ad copies and A/B test creatives to improve CTR and conversion rates.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns daily for performance, ROAS, and CPA goals.
• Analyze campaign data and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with landing page and content teams to improve Quality Scores and user experience.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in Google Ads and PPC.

Key Skills Required:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of bidding strategies, audience targeting, remarketing, and ad extensions.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
• Certification in Google Ads (Search/Display/Shopping) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
