Gold Loan Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and performance of multiple branches offering gold loan services within the cluster.
• Lead, train, and support branch teams in gold appraisal, evaluation, and disbursement processes.
• Ensure accurate and standardized methods are used for gold purity testing and valuation.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets for the cluster.
• Monitor portfolio health and minimize delinquencies through proactive risk management.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit guidelines, and regulatory norms.
• Conduct periodic audits and surprise checks of branch gold stock and appraisal methods.
• Drive marketing and promotional activities to increase gold loan penetration in the cluster.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and address grievances effectively.
• Regularly report performance metrics and insights to senior management.
