Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees to join our team in Gummidipoondi. This opportunity is ideal for recent engineering graduates who are passionate about working in a manufacturing/production/maintenance/quality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day operations of production, maintenance, or quality control.
• Support senior engineers in troubleshooting and machine handling.
• Understand and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain proper documentation and reports as required.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Participate in training sessions and skill development programs.

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.E. degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Mechanical Engineering.
• Passed out in 2024 or 2025.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Willing to work in a factory/plant setup at Gummidipoondi.
• Must be available for Face-to-Face Interview (no virtual interviews).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
