German Lead Mentor (Hybrid)

Hello there! We're Entri, a fast-growing, Ed -Tech startup from Kochi and we're on the lookout for an extremely self driven German Trainer for the Coimbatore region. The ideal candidate must have experience as a German Language Trainer. Responsibilities of Lead Mentor – Tamil Nadu (German Program) 1. Point of Contact for Content Partner (TN Region) Act as the primary liaison between Entri and the content partner based in Tamil Nadu. 2. Impact & Data Ownership Track learner progress, course outcomes, and maintain accountability for all related performance metrics. 3. Mentor Monitoring & Engagement Oversight Regularly monitor class quality, mentor performance, and ensure active engagement in all sessions. 4. Mentor Replacement & Class Continuity Take charge of replacing mentors when necessary to ensure uninterrupted class delivery. 5. Conduct Webinars, Live Sessions & Demos Organize and lead public-facing events to promote the German language program in Tamil Nadu. 6. Social Media Representation Be the face of Entri in the TN-German region across platforms—actively promote engagement and content. 7. Collaboration with SRC & Course Coordinator Work closely with the Student Relationship Coordinator and Course Coordinator for smooth operations and student support. 8. Ownership of In-House Programs (TN Region) Take full responsibility for special programs like Nurses’ Courses, Engineers' Classes, or any TN-specific offerings. 9.
