We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven HR Consultant to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent to meet our companys hiring needs across various positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing

2. Recruitment & Screening.

3. Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

4. Job Posting: Post job openings on various platforms and job boards. Hence, having an experience with various job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.

5. Recruitment Process Management: Support in organizing and attending job fairs, recruitment drives, and networking events.

6. Analyse sourcing channels to optimize recruitment strategies and improve efficiency.

7. Onboarding Support: • Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including document verification, orientation, and induction.


Qualifications:

• Any graduate (except law)

• Freshers are eligible.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and technologies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
