Job Title: Manager Hot Dip Galvanizing Location: Tarapur Department: Production / Operations Reports To: Plant Head / General Manager – Operations Job Summary: The Manager – Hot Dip Galvanizing will be responsible for managing and optimizing the entire galvanizing process for steel structures. This includes overseeing pre-treatment, galvanizing, post-treatment, and quality control to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. The role demands strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all operations of the hot dip galvanizing plant. Ensure adherence to galvanizing standards such as IS 2629, IS 4759, ASTM A123, and BS EN ISO 1461. Supervise pre-treatment (degreasing, pickling, fluxing), galvanizing, and finishing processes. Monitor and control zinc bath parameters, temperature, and chemical composition. Optimize zinc consumption and reduce process waste through continuous improvement. Coordinate with fabrication, quality, and dispatch teams to meet production targets. Maintain galvanizing equipment and schedule preventive maintenance. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Train and develop the galvanizing team to enhance productivity and quality. Maintain documentation for process control, quality assurance, and audits. Qualifications: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Metallurgical / Chemical Engineering. 08–12 years of experience in hot dip galvanizing, preferably in structural steel or tower manufacturing. In-depth knowledge of galvanizing chemistry, process control, and quality standards. Experience in managing teams and galvanizing plant operations. Preferred Skills: Certification in Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma. Familiarity with ERP systems and galvanizing automation. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager Procurement (Wind Tower) Location: Bhuj / Gandhidham Education Qualification: B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline Experience Required: 10 to 15 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the wind tower industry Proven track record in sourcing and procurement of wind tower raw materials such as steel plates, flanges, fasteners, and coatings Strong negotiation skills with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement Experience in vendor development, contract management, and strategic sourcing Key Responsibilities: Lead procurement activities for wind tower projects, ensuring timely availability of quality materials Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve optimal cost savings Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, project management, and finance Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards Skills & Competencies: Excellent negotiation and communication skills Strong analytical and decision-making abilities Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

Role & responsibilities : Preparation of structural drawings from Design Line Diagram for transmission line towers using Auto CAD, Bo-Cad or similar software. Preparation / Checking of Shop Drawings (Manufacturing Drawings) of transmission line tower structures and release to proto or mass production. Good knowledge and understanding of tower detailing for various transmission line tower types such as Vertical Tower, Horizontal Towers, Guy Towers and its extensions. Should have the capable of development of drawings for towers in various types, Single Leg / Star Legs / Double Star Legs / Skilled in drafting and calculations of all critical parts of towers such as cross arms, ground wire peak and oblique views etc. Skilled in preparation and checking of shop drawings and release to production. Interpret and implement of technical specifications into the structural drawings / shop drawing and BOM as per client requirements. Coordination with other departments like design engineers, PPC and manufacturing. Ensure compliance with IS/IEC/ASTM standards and relevant codes. Maintain drawing records and revision history. Preferred candidate profile: Drafts man with good experience / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or related field. 25 years of experience in detailing of transmission line towers or structural steel. Proficiency in Auto CAD, Bo-Cad, or similar detailing software. Strong understanding of steel structures, fabrication processes, and industry standards. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Good communication and teamwork skills.
