Overview

• Role - General & Operations Manager - AI Trainer
• Pay - 70-90 USD per hour (approx)
• Flexible workload: 10–20 hours per week
• Fully remote and asynchronous—work on your own schedule.

Your expertise in team leadership, project execution, business strategy, operations, or cross-functional communication will ensure each prompt and response is practical, accurate, and reflective of real-world decision-making. We welcome professionals from various management backgrounds—operations, product, project, or business—to help create high-quality training material for advanced AI systems. Ideal Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in a managerial role (e.g., operations, project, product, general management)
• Hold a bachelor's degree in operations, engineering, business or related fields
• Have a strong background in one or more of the following: strategic planning and execution, project lifecycle and stakeholder management, team coordination and performance tracking, cross-functional collaboration and decision making, operational efficiency and KPI optimization
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have strong attention to detail
