We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the construction division of our architecture firm, based in Kochi or Malappuram. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10–12 years of proven experience in residential construction, preferably with reputed builders or construction companies.

This senior leadership role demands a visionary professional with strong capabilities in strategic planning, financial oversight, team management, and technical execution. The General Manager will oversee all civil engineering operations, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure that projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the central point of contact and key decision-maker for all civil and residential construction projects.

• Lead, manage, and mentor a diverse team of engineers, supervisors, and on-site personnel.

• Ensure effective coordination between design, engineering, and construction teams.

• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, progress tracking, and quality control.

• Align all project activities with the company’s vision, mission, and goals.

• Report directly to the CEO and support in strategic planning and organizational growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum of 10–12 years of experience in residential construction/project management.

• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

• Proven experience in managing large-scale residential construction projects.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
