Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Gen-AI Growth Marketer located in Lucknow. The Gen-AI Growth Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing growth marketing strategies, analyzing marketing analytics, employing growth hacking techniques, generating leads, and utilizing web analytics. The role requires collaboration with various teams to identify opportunities for growth and optimize marketing efforts for Better Nutrition. Qualifications Proven ROAS wins and solid prompt-engineering chops — you must show results and demonstrate how you used Gen-AI to achieve them. Hands-on experience running and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google ad campaigns . Strong working knowledge of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway) to create high-performing ad content. Ability to rapidly test, iterate, and scale ad creatives based on performance data and audience insights . Proficiency in using performance marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, etc.). Understanding of audience segmentation, conversion funnels, and ad personalization using Gen-AI content. Creative mindset with the ability to turn product positioning into scroll-stopping copy and visuals using AI workflows. Show more Show less
