To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field with at least 3 years of marketing experience in the gaming or entertainment industry. You must possess a robust knowledge and genuine interest in games, gaming platforms, and gamer communities, along with expertise in full-funnel digital marketing strategies, user acquisition techniques, data analysis, marketing KPIs, and performance marketing tools. Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this position. Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience in influencer marketing, community building, or esports, familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Meta Ads Manager, and knowledge of F2P, monetization strategies, and live service models.
