Full Stack Developer (React.js + Node.js + MongoDB)

Location: [Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India]

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Full Stack Developer with strong front-end skills in React.js and robust back-end experience using Node.js and MongoDB. You will be responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining modern web applications from front to back.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain front-end components using React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Build scalable backend APIs and services using Node.js and Express.js
Design and manage NoSQL databases using MongoDB
Work with RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
Write clean, modular, and testable code
Collaborate with designers, QA, and product managers to implement new features
Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability
Debug, troubleshoot, and fix issues across the stack
Use version control systems (Git) for code collaboration

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, and component-based architecture
Solid understanding of Node.js, Express.js
Experience with MongoDB, Mongoose, and schema design
Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
