Budget :  ₹10,000/month for first 3 months (probation), ₹25,000/month post-probation

We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer who can take ownership of building and managing our product in production. If you love startups, enjoy working on 0-1 product development, and want to make an impact, this role is for you.

What We’re Looking For

• 0-1 years of full-stack development experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. 
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and Tailwind CSS. 
• Experience in integrating AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini) or willingness to quickly learn and work with LLMs. 
• Hands-on experience with building and managing production-level applications. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hacker mindset – ability to quickly iterate and find solutions. 
• CI/CD pipelines, AWS cloud platform, and modern DevOps practices are a must 
• A startup mentality – comfortable with ambiguity, wearing multiple hats, and moving fast.
• Passion for writing clean, tested, and maintainable code.
