Full Stack Lead

What You'll Own
  • Lead the

    frontend architecture

    and key platform interfaces (Next.js, Tailwind, SSR, etc.)
  • Collaborate with product and editorial teams to deliver smooth, scalable features
  • Own the

    integration of backend services

    (NestJS, GraphQL) into responsive UIs
  • Guide junior/mid developers, conduct code reviews, and set coding best practices
  • Ensure

    performance, SEO, accessibility

    , and responsiveness at scale
  • Ship independently — from requirement to deployment on

    AWS

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of full stack experience,

    deep strength in modern frontend frameworks

  • Strong command over

    Next.js

    ,

    Node.js

    , and component-driven architecture
  • Experience building and consuming

    GraphQL APIs

  • Familiar with

    NestJS

    or similar structured backend frameworks
  • Comfort with

    AWS deployment

    and performance monitoring
  • Ability to

    translate product goals into actionable dev plans

    , and get them done

  • Go-getter mindset
