Front Office Manager – Stance Dance Studio (New Delhi)

Job Type:

Role Overview:

Front Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day front office operations with professionalism and efficiency
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, registrations, and follow-ups
Coordinate schedules, class bookings, and internal communication
Maintain accurate records and manage administrative systems and office supplies
Assist in planning and executing studio events and promotions
Manage the studio’s
social media accounts
(Instagram, Facebook, etc.) by posting regular content and engaging with the audience
Create promotional content and marketing materials
using tools like
Canva
Collaborate with the creative team to support the studio’s branding and outreach efforts

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
Some basic knowledge of managing social media platforms for a brand or business
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic environment
Creative mindset with a good eye for visual design and branding
Prior experience in the dance, fitness, or performing arts industry is a
plus
