As the Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay. Your role is pivotal in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a front office or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
