Job responsibilities. The position is all about working closely with CM and/or ACM for execution and completion of routine operational tasks. The candidate will Focus on Client Handling, in all aspects, understanding Standard Operating Procedures. Roles & Responsibilities 1.Profit Center Team-Mate â˘ASR and margin analysis â˘Expense Control â˘Collections â˘Renewals â˘Vendor management â˘Retail Management 2.Build and expand community â˘Execute Business Specific Events within standard horizons 3.Client satisfaction and service delivery which lead to: â˘Above target CSAT score â˘Every member being a Brand Ambassador for AWFIS 4.Training and People development â˘Participate in training, development and refresher schedules â˘Skills and Knowledge Review every Quarter â˘Standard Procedures understanding and execution in close association with Senior Team Mate. 5.Vendor Management Conformance to Purchase-to-Pay process 6.Facilities Management â˘Upkeep of the Centre â˘Daily Readiness of Centre â˘Closure of Repair & Maintenance Tasks â˘Adherence to Compliances & Protocols â˘Understanding and execution in close association with Senior Team Mate - Environmental-Socio-Governance nuances 7.Lead the CSR initiative for Center in the vicinity 8.Active Participation in all company driven ideas and initiatives 9.Team Player Collaborate within Team & other stakeholders for enhanced learning & execution Role of AWFIS for prepare a new Team Member: â˘AWFIS SOP and Guidelines induction will be imparted and material shared â˘Training on business specific SOPs and Background (eg. Collections, renewals) â˘Share updated design and layout specs and training on Centre layout â˘Induction session in relevant Verticals of AWFIS â˘Scheduled Exposure to all sub groups within the Department to understand the key focus areas of Operations Department. â˘Pre-Opening Process and Guidelines We are looking for Candidates with: â˘Exemplary Customer Service and Customer Handling skills and record â˘An extrovert personality â˘Aware and with keen interest in current affairs â˘Inherent Team playing skills â˘Ambition and drive to demonstrate continuous upgradation in skills and knowledge â˘Enthusiasm and demonstrating noticeable participation â˘Keen to Details â˘Ability to Demonstrate consistency in execution of Standard Procedures â˘With a hunger to grow with a 2 year focus on managing additional/ increased responsibility â˘Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
