Front-End Developer (React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS)

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Front-End Developer with a sharp eye for UI/UX design and deep experience building modern interfaces using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. If you're passionate about crafting visually engaging, highly responsive interfaces and enjoy turning designs into pixel-perfect, accessible components, we want to work with you.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes Tailwind, loves collaborating closely with designers, and takes pride in building beautiful, performant front-end experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop elegant and maintainable UI components using React (with TypeScript) and Tailwind CSS.
• Transform Figma/Adobe XD designs into fully responsive, pixel-perfect front-end implementations.
• Build static and server-rendered applications with Next.js.
• Create reusable UI patterns with clean, semantic HTML and utility-first styling.
• Ensure seamless cross-browser and device compatibility.
• Work with designers and product managers to continuously improve UI/UX across the app.
• Implement micro-interactions and subtle animations for delightful user experiences.
• Uphold brand consistency across all web properties and design systems.
• Write scalable, well-documented code with a focus on reusability and performance.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Advanced experience with Tailwind CSS, utility-first design, and responsive layout techniques.
• Solid understanding of modern CSS, including Flexbox, Grid, and transitions.
• Experience with Next.js (especially for SSR/SSG).
• Ability to collaborate closely with design tools like Figma to bring mockups to life.
• Attention to detail when it comes to spacing, typography, and component behavior.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Framer Motion, Lottie, or GSAP for smooth animations.
• Understanding of accessibility (a11y) and WCAG compliance.
• Exposure to front-end testing tools like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Basic understanding of front-end SEO and performance optimization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

• Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
