This role is responsible for greeting guests, answering phones, managing incoming and outgoing communications, and performing a variety of administrative support tasks to ensure smooth front desk operations. Key Responsibilities: * Greet visitors professionally, directing them to the appropriate person or department. * Answer, screen, and direct phone calls efficiently and accurately, taking messages when necessary. * Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries, ensuring prompt delivery. * Provide administrative support, including photocopying, filing, and organizing documents. * Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. * Provide clear and concise information to visitors, callers, and employees. * Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly, ensuring a positive experience. Skills :- * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
