Good Hands on experience in handling third party process instruments and integration between Process instruments / PLCs / HMIs without compromising the project requirement. Sound Knowledge in selection, configuration and integration of different process controllers. Example: Eurotherm, Watlow, Yokogawa, Ascon etc Sound Knowledge in PLC programming, to handle all kind of PLCs available in the market. Example: Siemens, Phoenix, Allenbradly etc. Sound Knowledge in HMI configuration including writing macros as per the project requirements and create User friendly Graphical user interface (GUI). Example: Weintek, Maple, ESA etc. Good Knowledge in Electrical drafting software like Ecad, AutoCAD , Elecworks(Solidworks) etc. Knowledge in different industrial protocols like MODBUS, Profibus etc. Good understanding of basic concepts of electronics and electrical engineering. Knowledge of different wiring techniques, soldering techniques is essential. Must have exceptional Troubleshooting skills Knowledge in Mechanical components, their working and functionality.
