Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Executive located at Dombivali site. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for managing reception area activities, greeting and assisting visitors, coordinating appointments and meetings, handling phone calls, and conducting administrative tasks such as filing and document management. The role also involves ensuring a welcoming and efficient front office environment while providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer service and front office management skills Organizational and time management skills Proficiency in using office software and equipment Ability to multitask and handle administrative duties effectively Previous experience in a similar role is preferred High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus Interested Candidates can share their resume at careers@paradisegroup.co.in
