Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious fresher to join us as a Business Development Executive. You’ll work directly with our marketing and leadership teams to identify, approach, and convert potential clients who need brand growth, social media followers, and online reputation services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and generate qualified leads for digital marketing services
• Reach out to potential clients via social platforms, emails, and calls
• Explain service offerings clearly and persuasively
• Schedule meetings and demos with interested prospects
• Maintain records of client communication and leads in CRM tools
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth lead conversion and delivery
• Support the team in marketing campaigns and strategic growth efforts

Salary & Benefits:

• Initial Salary:

  ₹15,000/month

• Incentives:

  Performance-based, up to ₹40,000/month

• Probation Period:

  1 month

• After 3 Months:

  Salary will be revised to ₹20,000/month based on performance
