Job Overview:-
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic hashtag#Franchise Sales hashtag#Manager for the expansion franchise network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for filtering leads & identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-potential franchise partners across India, ensuring sustainable and scalable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:-
Identify, approach, and onboard new franchise partners (Apply and Supply Partners). - Execute the robust franchise acquisition strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives. - Conduct meetings and presentations to prospective partners highlighting the value proposition. - Evaluate prospective franchisee profiles to ensure alignment with the brand’s standards. - Support new franchisees through the onboarding process and initial training. - Work closely with the marketing team to generate high-quality franchise leads. - Monitor franchise partner performance and support their growth and success.
Key Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, hashtag#Sales, hashtag#Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 3+ years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or channel development.
Proven track record of achieving franchise acquisition targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Strong understanding of the franchising process. - Willingness to travel extensively within India.
