Job Description

As a Franchise Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in engaging and converting qualified leads provided by the marketing team for our EdTech franchise model. Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed discussions with prospective franchisees to understand their background, goals, and suitability for our brand. You will professionally present the franchise opportunity, highlight our strengths, support systems, and value proposition while addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Throughout the franchise sales cycle, you will guide prospects from initial engagement to finalizing the franchise agreement. Collaboration with internal teams to provide necessary documentation, contracts, and business information will be essential, ensuring clear communication of all legal and financial aspects. In addition to sales, you will coordinate and deliver comprehensive training programs for new franchisees, covering business operations, policies, and procedures. You will act as the primary point of contact during onboarding, providing guidance and support to resolve any initial challenges faced by franchisees. Assisting franchisees in setting up their operations, providing ongoing support, and maintaining operational excellence will be part of your role. Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners, acting as a brand ambassador, and organizing networking opportunities to strengthen the franchise community are also key responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or franchise sales, preferably in EdTech or related industries. Strong expertise in managing the sales cycle, exceptional English communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software are required. A Bachelor's degree in any stream (MBA in Sales or Marketing is a plus) along with a thorough understanding of sales strategies and franchise models is preferred. Previous experience in EdTech B2B is an advantage.
