Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Franchise Partnership Manager to join our team and drive the successful onboarding and development of franchise partners for our EdTech brand. This role is pivotal in building and nurturing relationships with prospective franchisees and ensuring a seamless process from the first contact to the final agreement. Key Responsibilities : Engage with qualified leads provided by the marketing team through phone calls, emails, and video meetings. - Conduct in-depth discussions to understand the prospective franchisees background, goals, and suitability for the EdTech franchise model. Present the franchise opportunity professionally, showcasing the brands strengths, support systems, and value proposition. Guide prospects through the entire franchise sales cycle, from initial engagement to signing the franchise agreement. - Collaborate with internal teams to provide necessary documentation, contracts, and business information to prospects. Coordinate and deliver comprehensive training programs to onboard new franchisees, covering business operations, policies, and procedures. Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase, providing guidance and resolving any initial challenges faced by the franchisee. Assist franchisees in setting up their operations, including location selection, infrastructure planning, and initial marketing efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners to foster trust and collaboration. Key Skills: Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or franchise Sales (preferably in EdTech or related industries). Strong expertise in managing the sales cycle from lead engagement to deal closure, with a proven track record. - Exceptional English communication and presentation skills (verbal and written). - Charismatic, competitive, and enthusiastic personality with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. Bachelors degree in any stream (MBA in Sales or Marketing is a plus). - A thorough understanding of sales strategies and franchise models. - Previous experience in EdTech B2B preferred.
