We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Head to lead our Edible Oil Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG or agri-commodity sales, specifically in edible oils. You will be responsible for formulating and executing the national sales strategy, expanding market presence, and managing sales teams and distribution channels to achieve growth targets. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies for edible oil across retail, wholesale, and institutional channels • Build, manage, and expand the distributor and dealer network across regions • Lead and mentor regional/state-level sales teams to achieve monthly and annual targets • Drive modern trade and general trade penetration (kirana stores, mandis, supermarkets) • Manage pricing strategies, volume planning, and product positioning in line with market demand • Track competitor activity, market trends, and consumer behavior to inform sales plans • Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure supply chain efficiency • Oversee key accounts including bulk buyers, food processing units, and institutional clients • Ensure compliance with FSSAI and packaging standards across markets
