We are looking for experienced FMCG Sales Executives across Odisha who are driven, target-oriented, and have a proven track record in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. 📌 Position: FMCG Sales Executive / Territory Sales In-Charge 📍 Location: Multiple Locations Across Odisha ⏰ Joining: Immediate Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage distributor/retailer network in assigned territory Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs Ensure effective product placement, visibility, and secondary sales Track competitor activities and provide actionable insights Regular reporting and coordination with the sales manager Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG Sales (Only FMCG Experience Will Be Considered) Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to travel within the assigned territory Graduate preferred Note: Only candidates with prior FMCG sales experience will be considered. Freshers or candidates from non-FMCG backgrounds need not apply.
