About the Role

Flutter Front-End Developer

• A

  mobile-first client interface

  (iOS/Android)

  web-based dashboard

  for therapists and admins

You’ll collaborate with a dedicated UX/UI designer, an AI engineer, and the founder. This is a greenfield build—a unique opportunity to define how therapists and clients interact in the age of AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform UI using Flutter for both

  mobile and web

• Implement structured chat interfaces and therapist/admin dashboards
• Translate Figma designs into polished, responsive, user-friendly code
• Integrate front end with secure backend and AI services via APIs
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance across devices
• Participate in agile sprint planning and iterative product refinement

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in front-end or mobile development, with 1+ year using

  Flutter

• Experience building both mobile and web apps with

  responsive UI

• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
• Proficiency in state management (e.g., Riverpod, Bloc, Provider)
• Experience integrating REST APIs and handling authentication
• Ability to thrive in a remote, async-first startup environment

Nice to Have (Will Be Seriously Considered)

• Portfolio of past apps or design-forward projects
• GitHub profile showcasing Flutter contributions
• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Messaging)
• Background in mental health, coaching, or wellness products
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and performance testing
