About the Role We are hiring a full-time AI Engineer to help build the MVP of this platform. You’ll work directly with the founder to architect, implement, and iterate a therapist-configured reflection engine using large language models. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, understands human-in-the-loop principles, and is comfortable designing secure, testable features within a lean startup environment. This is a probationary 2-month contract , intended to validate product-market fit and initial implementation. Upon successful delivery of the MVP, the role is likely to be extended into a longer-term engagement.
