Floor Supervisor

Location: Mancheswar(Bhubaneswar) Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 3 to 4 years Gender Preference: Male Candidates Only Qualification: ITI / Diploma, Automobile, or related field Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor daily floor activities and manpower. Ensure compliance with production schedules and quality standards. Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness on the floor. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Provide on-the-job training and support to technicians. Handle day-to-day technical issues and resolve them promptly. Report daily performance metrics to management.
