This full-time on-site role as a Floor Manager at Style PLUS in Thiruvananthapuram involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff training, and maintaining a high level of communication with customers and the team. Qualifications required for this role include Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, Excellent Communication skills, Experience in Operations Management, Training experience, Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, Ability to multitask and problem solve, Prior experience in retail management is a plus, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Key Responsibilities: - Increase sales for the organization by effective management of the floor/products. - Investigate all issues on the floor and assist in resolving mistakes for the management team and working staff. - Ensure proper presentation and display of products in the showroom. - Conduct morning meetings on a daily basis. - Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly. - Monitor stocks, check availability, and arrange for timely supplies of inventories. - Ensure sales staff greet customers appropriately.
