Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound international calls professionally.
  • Assist customers by resolving queries, providing product information, and offering support.
  • Maintain a friendly and empathetic tone while managing diverse customer interactions.
  • Document call details and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
  • Achieve daily/weekly targets and contribute to team goals.

  • B.TECH , B.Sc, Any Post Graduation freshers are not eligible.

  • Anyone who attended interview before 30 days are not eligible to attend walkin.
