Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls for international clients.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve queries related to products, services, orders, billing, or technical issues.
  • Ensure first-call resolution and maintain customer satisfaction scores.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM or ticketing system.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.).
  • Follow communication protocols, scripts, and company guidelines.
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and courtesy during every customer interaction.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments when necessary.
  • Adhere to shift schedules, attendance policies, and compliance guidelines.

  • B.TECH , B.Sc, Any Post Graduation freshers are not eligible.

  • Anyone who attended interview before 30 days are not eligible to attend walkin.
