Finishing Manager

The Finishing Manager position is a full-time on-site role located in Noida. As a Finishing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing phase of various construction projects. Your daily tasks will include managing the quality of finishes, coordinating project timelines, supervising on-site personnel, and ensuring that safety standards are met. It will be your duty to liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are fulfilled to a high standard. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in Quality Control and Production Management. Experience in Project Management and Construction Management is essential. Holding an SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification is a requirement. Strong leadership and team management skills are necessary for this position. You must be able to work effectively on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and organizational skills are key to success in this role. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in the construction industry is considered a plus.,
