Designing MIS for: Finance, accounts, HR & all business operations to strategies and monitor best input, output & cost efficiencies. Preparing organisational & department wise, short term & long term budgets, monitoring its adherence & analysing the actual achievement with the respective HoD & floor managers. Presenting the deviations to the management. 8). Regular scheduled interactions with all operations HODs/floor Managers to take account of production as well as cost efficiencies in every aspect of their respective operations. (Budget vs Actual). Design and monitor cost optimization tools. 9). MIS reporting with respect to performance of the organisation in all aspects of financial and business operations. (Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi yearly & yearly). 10). Keeping knowledge & availing benefits from government schemes, policies & grants for the business operations. 11). Grooming all the senior HOD, managers & supervisors to keep and financial acumen at all times of executing their respective operations, with regular positive brain storming interactions.
