About NoBrokerHood:


NoBrokerHood is a smart visitor and community management platform by NoBroker, aimed at streamlining the operations of gated communities. As a rapidly growing PropTech solution, we're looking for enthusiastic field sales professionals to join our dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive revenue by promoting and selling NoBrokerHood’s SaaS-based solutions directly to residential societies and RWAs through field visits and on-ground engagement.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation and client meetings to product demos, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Identify potential clients, schedule appointments, and conduct in-person presentations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in B2B/B2C domains.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in local language (Bengali) s a strong plus.
  • Self-driven and target-oriented with a passion for sales.
  • Comfortable with regular travel and field work within Kolkata.
