Job Description

Position Title: Service Engineer Qualification Required: Diploma in Electronics ITI in Electronics Roles & Responsibilities: Daily Travel: Travel within the assigned territory to attend and resolve customer service-related concerns. New Machine Installation: Carry out installations of new machines at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and customer satisfaction. Warranty & Annual Maintenance: Perform timely maintenance and repairs of machines covered under warranty and those under Annual Service Contracts (ASC). Breakdown Response: Respond quickly to machine breakdowns and ensure prompt resolution to minimize downtime. Sales of Annual Service Contracts (ASC): Promote and sell ASCs to new and existing customers. Meet or exceed assigned ASC sales targets. Pre-Sales Technical Support: Offer technical support and assistance during the pre-sales phase to aid in customer decision-making and product selection.
