Job Description of Service Engineer:

This position will be responsible for the service and maintenance of the Forklift machines installed at the customer locations.

Responsibilities

· Manage all the Forklifts machines maintenances.

• Attend breakdown calls in the region.
• Manage customers machines service and fulfil their requirements.

· Manage also rental machines services.

· Manage post sales and target of spare parts.

· Participate in the creation of a large business to business service and product proposal.

· Manage all the records, reports of the back-office handlers.

· Ensuring if everything is working in a perfect manner.

· Identifying potential equipment requirements and generate Service Leads for sales team.

• Technical Skills– To have an in-depth understanding of the company products and their compatibility; to be able to foresee technical issues, and generate solutions
• Decision-making and coordination with other departments- To solve technical issues, and interact with key stakeholders for problem-solving
• Analytical skills and communication skills- Ability to analyze technical problems and provide solutions

Required Candidate profile

• Preferred Education – Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) / Diploma.
• 0-3 years' experience in Service/Maintenance Department.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Good in excel, Word, Google Sheet.
